Sharing Our Space


The consistory of the Old Dutch Church welcomes persons, agencies, and organizations whose purposes do not conflict with our core commitments, to use this space for activities that:
  • affirm and nurture the life of persons and communities
  • increase care for creation
  • celebrate and foster human creativity
  • expand human knowledge, understanding, and openness

    Use fees may be waived for non-profit organizations; Sexton fee will apply (see below). PLEASE NOTE: “With the approval of the Property Committee, partisan political gatherings may be held at the Church. In all cases, event organizers must pay the stated 'use fees,' (see below) without exception.” This policy is adopted to signal that the event is not being sponsored or supported by the Church. All publicity and/or materials disseminated in connection with such gatherings must include the disclaimer that: “Views expressed or philosophy stated are not necessarily those of Old Dutch Church nor its members.”

  • Use Fees:

    • Bethany Hall - $150
    • Hall w/ Kitchen -$200.00
    • Kitchen - $150
    • Sanctuary - $400
    • All other rooms - $25
  • Please include all times you will need access to the church (e.g. rehearsals, set-up, food prep, etc.)

    Sexton Fee: If it is necessary for the Sexton to be at the Church outside normal work hours for access, set-up, or clean-up (etc.), there will be a fee of $150 for the first three (3) hours. The fee for each additional hour is $15.
