We welcome a new yoga classon Thursday mornings from 8:30 to 9:30am in the Choir room. Maria Vailakis-Wippick is a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor, who is a recent transplant to Kingston from Westport, Connecticut. Come for gentle stretching and breathwork to start your day!
