In all cases, event organizers must pay the stated 'use fees,' (see below) without exception.” This policy is adopted to signal that the event is not being sponsored or supported by the Church. **Sexton Fee: If it is necessary for the Sexton to be at the Church outside normal work hours for access, set-up, or clean-up (etc.), there will be a fee of $125 for the first three (3) hours. The fee for each additional hour is $25.

BASELINE Use Fees (Subject to change and conditions, please request more information). As a religious non-profit, ODC seeks use fees to cover the actual costs of using our space, including electricity, heat, cooling, water, and maintenance. ODC reserves the right to negotiate higher rates for high-volume and for-profit events, and to reduce fees for special circumstances.

PLEASE READ: - Use of our piano(s) for an event is subject to approval. Rental fee of $200 covers ONE tuning, done by the tuner of ODC’s choice. If piano is moved off a platform that has been dismantled after event, ODC will book a re-tuning and charge the service back to the event holder. Please request more information. - Use of the church’s organ requires permission. Conditions apply. Please request more information. - Use of our sound system (and/or staff) is by request and subject to approval. Conditions and fees apply. - Use of our kitchen must be approved/booked, and is not automatically included in any booking of other spaces. - Use of outdoor spaces/grounds for any reason must be approved in advance, and a plan of usage provided. - Security and/or paid ODC staff presence during your event may be required. - All other questions and conditions will be addressed in our Space Use Agreement, which must be signed within one week of receiving it. Your event will not be considered booked until all parties sign the Space Use Agreement.
