In all cases, event organizers must pay the stated 'use fees,' (see below) without exception.” This policy is adopted to signal that the event is not being sponsored or supported by the Church. As a religious non-profit, ODC seeks use fees to cover the actual costs of using our space, including electricity, heat, cooling, water, and maintenance. ODC reserves the right to negotiate higher rates for high-volume and for-profit events.

**Sexton Fee: If it is necessary for the Sexton to be at the Church outside normal work hours for access, set-up, or clean-up (etc.), there will be a fee of $125 for the first three (3) hours. The fee for each additional hour is $25.
